Program name: Van Leeuwen Heartbeat SMS Alerts.
Description: An internal notification program that alerts Van Leeuwen managers and supply-chain staff when their weekly Heartbeat dashboards (inventory, sales, make schedule) have been refreshed with current data, including a link to view the updated dashboard. This program is for authorized Van Leeuwen employees and staff only.
How to opt in
Employees opt in only by completing the Heartbeat SMS Sign-Up & Consent form (name, work role, mobile number, and an express-consent checkbox). Enrollment is voluntary and consent is not a condition of employment, of any purchase or transaction, or of access to any Van Leeuwen dashboard, system, or service. Only employees who have provided their number and consent receive messages.
Message frequency
Recurring messages; frequency varies (up to one message per weekday per subscribed dashboard, based on dashboard refresh activity).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Van Leeuwen does not charge for these messages.
Help and opt-out
For help, reply HELP or email jeff.weiss@vanleeuwenicecream.com.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by replying START.
